Renewable Energy Certificate's (RECS) are a tradable energy commodity, in effect an environmental share, created when an eligible renewable energy resource, such as Solar, is used to generate Electricity and/or Hot Water for your home.

Renewable Energy Certificate's (RECS) are offered as a Point of Sale Discount & Government Subsidy off the full Purchase Price of the Solar Products to offer you an incentive to generate your own Electricity and/or Hot Water from Renewable Energy sources, as well as to make it more affordable for you with less initial cost.

The larger the Solar Grid Connect System & Hot Water System that you install, the more Renewable Energy Certificate's (RECS) you recieve, and the bigger subsidy you are eligible for.

WA’s Net Feed-In Tariff commenced on the 1st of August 2010, where homes fitted with a Solar Grid Connect System can Sell / Export their surplus Solar Electricity back into the Grid, and GET PAID A PREMIUM FOR IT !!!

You currently pay $0.21c* per unit of electricity you draw from the grid. They will pay you $0.47c** for each unit of Solar Electricity you export to the grid.

*$0.21c is based on Standard A1 Tariff Charges

**$0.47c = 40c from State Government / 7c Western Power
